The Ceilidh Composite Technologies OK Dinghy mast is supplied complete according to the following specifications.
Mast with integrated sail track
Carbon Gooseneck, predrilled 16mm
Deck ring (96mm standard) and mast foot (75mm standard).
Topsheave, 4 mm tapered Dynema halyard (2:1 purchase) with Camcleat for locking.
The mast does not include a gooseneck bolt as standard.
Description
The Ceilidh OK Dinghy mast is built with carbon Uni-Directional from High Modulus Fibre. This gives the mast a quicker response in gusts, allowing a more aggressive method of sailing the boat. For the softer masts we can modify the response of the mast by replacing some of the carbon with a standard modulus fibre which makes the mast more ‘forgiving’ and less physical to sail.
the mast is available with a wide range of bend curves, ensuring that there is no requirement for redesign or reciting of existing sails.
Custom built mast, according to the required bend specification. The Ceilidh mast is manufactured from high grade carbon fibre pre-preys with an integrated carbon sail track. These masts are manufactured in a single step process to ensure a high mechanical strength. The masts are built according to OKDIA class rules without the use of Ultra-High-Modulus carbon.
